Payment Methods

Pricing & Taxes

  • Dynamic Pricing: Product prices may fluctuate due to supplier costs, currency rates, or market conditions. Final prices (including taxes and shipping) are confirmed at checkout.
  • Taxes:
    • UK orders include 20% VAT.
    • International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes, billed directly by couriers.
    • Sales tax for US orders is calculated based on your shipping address.

Orders

  • Cancellations:
    • Requests are not guaranteed. A 20% fee applies if approved.
    • Orders for “Limited Edition” items cannot be canceled.
  • Fraud Checks: We may request additional information to verify transactions. Orders may be canceled for security reasons.

Shipping

  • UK: Free standard shipping. Delays may occur due to customs or logistics.
  • International: Costs calculated at checkout. Carriers include DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • PO Boxes: Accepted only in the UK.
  • Address Changes: Not permitted after order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns:
    • Request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.
    • Exclusions: “Limited Edition” items, collectibles, and final sale products.
    • Refunds exclude shipping fees and deduct a 10% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges:
    • One-time size exchange allowed (subject to availability). Customer covers return shipping and price differences.

    Account Security

    • You are responsible for account activity. Report unauthorized access immediately.
    • Accounts with pending orders cannot be deactivated.

    Liability & Termination

    • Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
    • We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
